Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service BARCODE is a platform that enables users to aggregate, track, and manage their third-party loyalty and rewards programs in one place. The Service retrieves information from these third-party programs on your behalf and displays it within the App.
3. User Accounts When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Relationship with Third-Party Loyalty Programs No Affiliation: BARCODE is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the loyalty programs you may connect to our Service unless explicitly stated. Service Disclaimer: You acknowledge that BARCODE acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, rewards, or any changes made by the individual loyalty programs. The accuracy and availability of the information presented in our App are dependent on the third-party programs. We are not liable for any inaccuracies, expired points, or missed rewards. Compliance: You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any third-party loyalty program you connect to BARCODE.
5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BARCODE and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall BARCODE, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or any inaccuracies or failures of the third-party loyalty programs.
7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App.
