Request Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and data protection regulations, users can permanently delete their Barcode account and erase all associated personal data.
What happens when you delete your account:
- Personal Identity: Your profile, name, email address, phone number, and uploaded profile photos are deleted from our primary databases.
- Scans & Activity: All historical barcode and QR code scan logs associated with your account are removed.
- Master Coins & Wallet: Any accumulated Master Coins, promotional credits, and pending vouchers will be permanently forfeited and cannot be restored.
- Active Sessions: All OAuth and Bearer access tokens are immediately revoked across all mobile and web devices.
